From Trauma to Transformation, A Founder with a Mission to Share Her Light
Born in Lebanon, raised in France, and now living in London, Lara is a mother of four, a dedicated humanitarian, and a lifelong student of healing. With studies in NLP, CBT, hypnotherapy, and The 3 Principles, Lara’s calling is to help others find peace and reconnect with their deeper selves. She has worked across charitable causes, and founded THE DEEPER I in 2022 to reach those seeking self-love, healing, and a spiritual way of living.
